Welcome to Fox Valley Lutheran High School!
As you visit our website, we hope that you will discover what it
means to be part of the FVL family. FVL is a Lutheran high school
that offers its students a wide variety of experiences and
opportunities. While some schools pride themselves on their college
prep curriculum, FVL welcomes students of all achievement levels.
From our Guided
Studies program to our CAPP (college credit) courses, our
teachers strive to bring out the best in our students.
Education is more than academics. Students need to grow
academically, emotionally, socially, physically and spiritually. We
encourage our students to make the most of their God-given talents
and abilities. Over 85 percent of our students do pursue studies
after high school either on the university or technical college
level. Others move on to the military or the business world. Some
study for the ministry as pastors, teachers, or other staff
ministries.
Cocurricular opportunities abound as well
with opportunities in sports, school-sponsored clubs, and fine arts
programs. Working together with coaches and advisors, students
enjoy developing their skills and talents in diverse efforts from
music, art, puppetry, stagecraft, public speaking, and much
more.
What's more FVL provides our students with the chance to meet
fellow students from all around the world. Each year about 50
international students attend
classes and share our culture while we learn about theirs. Young
people from Europe, Asia, South America, and more are represented.
What a blessing!
Preparing our students to become future leaders in our
church and community is important at FVL. Thanks to all
our many friends and alumni who make this ministry possible! To God
be the glory!
