ACT Scores - 2012
Wisconsin continues to be a national leader in ACT scores.
Schools in the Fox River Valley lead the state in ACT scores. Fox
Valley Lutheran students continue to far exceed both state and
national averages. For 2012, the scores were tied for first place
among Fox Valley area schools.

FVL students scored a composite average of 24.4 on the ACT. This
is up from 24.1 a year ago. Students who have taken the suggested
core courses to prepare for college score well above 24. Last
year 85 percent of FVL's senior class participated in the ACT
test.
These high scores demonstrate the
Lord's blessings on the educational efforts of the entire FVL
Schools system. The scores are a tribute to the hard work not only
of the students, but also of their parents, elementary and high
school teachers.
The ACT exams are standards used
nationwide by schools to judge the quality of the education they
offer. Man-made tests cannot judge the quality of a Christ-centered
education, but can provide important information about the quality
of instruction students are receiving in vital subjects
Related ACT Findings
As part of the ACT program, students
are asked to state their perceptions on various aspects of school
life. The students rated FVL's classroom instruction, grading
practices, testing procedures, guidance services, media center
facilities, and curriculum offerings highly.
