Registration materials are available from the Guidance Office. For a packet of enrollment information, contact the school by phone at 920.739.4441, by FAX at 920.739.4418, or e-mail at admissions@fvlhs.org.
International students should follow the instructions found on the I-20 International Student Guidelines page.

Enrolling as an FVL Freshman...
STEP 1: TAKE THE EXPLORE TEST
We ask all 8th graders to take ACT's EXPLORE Test given at FVL during one of the scheduled sessions:
September 29 – 10:00 am -1:00 pm
October 6 – 10:00 am -1:00 pm
This is important in helping schedule students in the appropriate level of classes.
STEP 2: ENJOY OUR WELCOME NIGHT
8th Grade Student/Parent Welcome Night is scheduled for October 23 from 5:30-8:00 pm. Students will enjoy the social mixer with games and activities; parents will receive enrollment materials and have a chance to ask questions. Dinner is provided
STEP 3: PICK UP AN ENROLLMENT FOLDER
-- Students attending a public middle school or junior high can pick up an enrollment folder at 8th Grade Welcome Night or please request one from the Guidance office.
-- Students attending one of the FVL Schools elementary schools will receive an enrollment folder from your principal after the 8th Welcome Night on October 23.
STEP 4: FILL OUT ENROLLMENT FORMS
-- Read through and fill out the materials in the enrollment folder to be ready for your class scheduling appointment.
STEP 5: YOUR CLASS SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT
-- Students attending one of the FVL Schools will be informed by their principal about the time and day of your scheduling appointment.
-- Students NOT attending one of the FVL Schools should arrange their class scheduling appointing by contacting Freshman Counselor Mr. Tom Guenterberg either by phone at 920.739.4441 or by email at tguenterberg@fvlhs.org.
STEP 6: FAMILY MEETING FOR NON-WELS ENROLLEES
For families not of our faith or fellowship, we schedule a special meeting to acquaint families with our school policies and educational philosophy before enrolling. Along with the family, attendees at the meeting will include a member of the school administration, the religion department, and the guidance department. These are normally scheduled within 4 weeks of initial enrollment inquiries.
