Passed Appetizers

Bagels with cream cheese and cold-smoked salmon lox (cold)
Tasty Waldorf salad including grapes, walnuts, celery & mayonnaise (cold)
Traditional Buffalo bleu cheese chicken wings (boneless) with celery stick (warm)
Italian sausages served with green peppers, onions and tomato sauce (warm)

Station 1:  "New York's Famous Street Vendors"
This station will consist of a selection of New York's world-renowned hot dogs with a variety of accompaniments, Italian meat and cheese strombolis and soft pretzels.

Station 2:  "Little Italy"
This station will consist of sautéed cheese raviolis and butter-poached potato gnocchis with your choice of Neapolitan tomato or pesto cream sauce and garlic bread.

Station 3:  "Chinatown"
This station will consist of savory sesame chicken and vegetables in brown sauce, steamed rice, crispy egg rolls, crab rangoons in phyllo dough and fortune cookies.

Station 4:  "New York Deli"
This station will consist of hand-carved corned beef, pastrami and smoked ham, served on fresh rye rolls with sauerkraut, cole slaw, potato chips, sliced cheeses and pickles.

Station 5:  "The Famed Delmonico's"
This station will consist of Delmonico's signature items of hand-carved steak Delmonico served and Delmonico potatoes and tasty seafood Newburg served over puff pastry.

New York Cheesecake
A favorite dessert prepared with cream cheese, eggs, graham crackers, and in the New York style, heavy cream.  Topped with cherries and shaved chocolate.

Tiramisu
A traditional Italian Cake prepared with lady fingers soaked in coffee liqueur, layered with a cocoa-flavored whipped filling of mascarpone cheese and cream.

Beverages
Beverages selections include wine, water, decaf coffee and other assorted soft drinks.
