MATH - Algebra 2 (ALG2)

This course emphasizes solving and graphing linear, quadratic, rational, radical, exponential and logarithmic equations with an introduction to sequences and series. It uses similar student materials and lessons as Algebra 2 with Trigonometry, but extra time is given to each topic in order to solidify the essential components of the curriculum listed above. If time allows, a basic introduction to trigonometry will be given.
- Prerequisite: Algebra 1 (or Algebra 1B) and Geometry or Geometry AB
- Recommendation: College bound students not planning to take Pre-Calculus
