Dual enrollment option is offered at a cost of $220 for two credits. The comparable college course is PE 105.

This course is a contemporary examination of the effects of lifestyle, wellness, and health promotion on the health of the individual. The class includes procedures for self-evaluation and the development of an individualized wellness program.

Required: No

Note: Students should avoid scheduling both College Active Lifestyles and Body Shop 1 or Body Shop 2 in the same semester.
