Upon successful completion, the student will receive dual credit for FVTC for the following: Welding/Metal Fab Intro & Safety 10-621-105 (1 credit).
Students will learn the basic skills required in metal fabrication and GMAW welding. Some of the skills covered will be learning how to set up and use equipment to cut, shear and saw, form, and bend metals. Students will also learn basic welding techniques using a spot welder, Stick, TIG and wire welder.
