This course explores the intellectual foundations of the Christian faith through a confessional Lutheran lens. Students will study classical and modern apologetic arguments, learn to differentiate between Law and Gospel in challenging discussions, and develop the ability to engage respectfully with secular viewpoints and alternative religious claims. Emphasis is placed on the authority of Scripture, the centrality of Christ’s work, and the historical reliability of Lutheran confessions.
