STEM Academy
In conjunction with the nationally renowned Project Lead the Way® STEM education program, the FVL STEM Academy gives students the opportunity to enroll in specialized STEM (Science-Technology-Engineering-Math) courses as well as rigorous general education courses. The goal is to provide graduates with the greatest opportunity for success in a post-secondary STEM programs.

It is not necessary to submit an extra application to participate in FVL's STEM program. Students may register for the STEM Academy classes when they register for their classes for the new school year.
STEM Academy Tracks
FVL's STEM Academy has three separate "tracks," or areas of study. These include:
- Biomedical Science
- Computer Science
- Engineering

PLTW Distinguished School
Fox Valley Lutheran High School is proud to be recognized as a Project Lead the Way (PLTW) Distinguished School! FVL is committed to increasing student access, engagement, and achievement in our PLTW STEM education program.
This is the fifth consecutive year that FVL has received this honor. FVL is just one of 191 high schools across the country, one of the 13 high schools in Wisconsin, and one of two in the Fox Valley to be recognized.
Through PLTW programs, students develop STEM knowledge, as well as in-demand, transportable skills that they will use both in school and the rest of their lives. It provides high schools with a rigorous, relevant STEM education and an engaging hands-on curriculum.
