CURRENTLY HAVE FVL STUDENT(S) - As of October 21, 2024, Log into your Skyward Family Access account and click “New Student Online Enrollment” in the left column.

NOTE
Skyward Family Access is updated with data for the 2025-26 school year as of mid-July. You will be notified when you will be able to log into Skyward Family Access to view your child's information. Prior to that date, the only accessible records are for students attending for the 2024-25 school year.

REQUIRED
Complete Your Scheduling Appointment Form

• You will receive a link to the Scheduling Appointment Form within three business days of completing the Online Enrollment Form in STEP 2. During the appointment, you will meet with a faculty member who can answer your questions.
• Scheduling is set for the evenings of November 2 & 6, 2023. If these dates do not work, you may request a more convenient time when completing the Scheduling Appointment Form.

FVL Federation School Students
FVL's Math and English Departments use standardized test data and eight grade teacher feedback to determine initial English and Math placement. Families with students who are attending a Federation School (open the accordion tab below to see a list of Federation Schools) will be notified if  further diagnostic testing is needed.

• A Public School, Homeschool, or other Christian School:
  You must take the English and Math placement tests.
  Testing will take place the end of May and early June 
  • 9:00 - 10:00 AM English Placement Testing
  • 10:00 - 11:00 AM Math Placement Testing

If you wish your child to bypass Spanish 1 and be scheduled directly into Spanish 2, please look over the listing of schools and information below. 

Where is your student currently attending 8th grade?

• The FVL Federation middle school Spanish teachers at the below-listed schools will communicate with families about who needs to take the placement test and who does not.

• An FVL Federation School not listed above:
  Your student will begin at Spanish 1. There is no need to attend the Spanish Placement Testing. See a complete listing of Federation Schools in the accordion tab below.

  If your student wishes to bypass Spanish 1 and be scheduled directly into Spanish 2, your student  must take the Spanish Placement Test.  Testing dates and times are below.

Test at FVL - No registration necessary
Please bring pencils, erasers, and a water bottle (if desired). Use FVL's Tower Entrance (Door A), and follow signs to the testing location. Testing will take place the end of May and early June.

• If you are new to FVL or have forgotten your password, go to the Skyward Family Access page and follow the login steps.
• All new families must log in using the same email address that was used for the online application.  
• Returning families should use their existing password.

PayK12 is used for all meal service payments, school club/athletic fees and items, and can be used to pay for tuition.

• All families are to receive their tuition invoice by the last day of June. If your invoice does not arrive, kindly contact Mrs. Tammy Fick.
• The first payment deadline is July 31. If full payment is made by July 31, families receive a 3% discount of their net billable tuition.
