Inside FVL

A Campus Built for Students

A beautiful campus is meaningful because of what happens within it. Every day, FVL's classrooms, labs, performance venues, athletic facilities, and gathering spaces are filled with students learning, worshiping, creating, competing, and building lasting relationships. These spaces don't define who we are—they support the Christ-centered education that does.

Learning Spaces

Every day, students engage in discussion, collaboration, and hands-on learning in classrooms designed to support academic growth. Science courses come alive through dedicated biology, chemistry, physics, and earth science labs where students investigate, experiment, and discover.

STEM & Applied Learning

Students build, design, test, and create in specialized STEM and technical spaces. Whether conducting biomedical investigations, engineering solutions, developing woodworking and metalworking skills, or exploring emerging technologies, they gain practical experience that prepares them for college, careers, and lives of Christian service.

Art & Creative Spaces

Creativity flourishes as students explore painting, drawing, ceramics, sculpture, and other visual arts. These spaces encourage students to develop their talents, express their creativity, and use the gifts God has given them to glorify Him.

Worship & Gatherings

The chapel and auditorium are the heart of the FVL community. Students gather regularly for worship, concerts, theater productions, assemblies, and special events that strengthen faith, celebrate achievements, and bring the school community together.

Athletics & Performance

Students grow in teamwork, discipline, perseverance, and leadership through athletics and physical development. Our gyms, athletic training and sports center, and outdoor athletic facilities provide spaces where students practice, compete, and strive for excellence while honoring Christ.

Student Life Spaces

Whether gathering over lunch in the cafeteria, collaborating with classmates, enjoying the outdoor classroom, or connecting between classes, students build friendships and a sense of belonging that make FVL feel like home.

Academic Support

Students have access to the resources and encouragement they need to succeed. The Media Center supports research, collaboration, and independent learning, while Guidance counselors, Pastors, teachers, staff, and professional counselors are readily available to guide students academically, personally, and spiritually.

Equipping for the Future

Every space at FVL reflects our commitment to educating the whole student. Here, students are challenged academically, nurtured spiritually, encouraged personally, and prepared for lives of Christian leadership, service, and purpose. More than a collection of buildings, our campus is a place where students are known, valued, and equipped for life, service, and eternity.
