FVL Cost Per Student & Tuition

Members of FVLHS Federation congregations support this high school ministry with regular gifts to the operating budget of nearly $1 million dollars annually. This generous church support reduces tuition costs for Federation member students and is reflected in the chart below.  Tuition rates are set by the school's General Board in its February meeting.

Who is eligible for Federation Rates?

Federation tuition levels apply to students who, along with their parents, are members of the Federation congregations (listed below the map).

Potential additional fees for college credit or AP testing

College classes offered through FVL usually incur an additional fee. These classes are offered through a variety of institutions. To see the classes and schools through which credit is earned, scroll to the bottom section on our Course Listing page.

Fees can vary greatly from school to school and from year to year. Please contact the Guidance Office for specific fee information.

Students have the opportunity to take Advanced Placement (AP) tests for a fee. If they score within the acceptable range set by the college or university they plan to attend, they can be eligible to receive college credit.
