    5300 N. Meade Street in Appleton

COST
    $35 per participant
    Fee includes . . .
       t-shirt, a craft, and a snack
    Shirt not guaranteed if registration submitted after 11/9/22

• DRESS
  Wear athletic clothes and tennis shoes.
  Pull hair back from the face.
  No jewelry or gum. 
   
• LATE FEE
  There will be a $10 fee for cancellations after November 10, 2022
