2026 SUMMER CAMP-Powerlifting (Grades 7-12)
2026 Powerlifting Camp
Powerlifting Camp is open to boys and girls and will focus on proper lifting techniques. High Schoolers who are interested in trying out Powerlifting are welcome to attend.

- What to bring: Bring a water bottle & Flat-Soled Shoes.
- Participants who registered by 6/15/26 will receive a T-Shirt.
