Jr. Foxes Middle School Golf Program Details

Practice Days: Mondays & Thursdays
Time: 4:30–5:30 PM
Please plan for players to arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can begin on time
Practice Location: Ridgeway Country Club
Grades: 5–8 (5th grade accepted case-by-case based on experience)
Please note that 5th Graders will be accepted into the Program on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the total number of athletes along with their skill level. 5th Graders will not pay up front upon registration, rather, they will be invoiced upon acceptance into the program.
Tournaments: Every Friday in May with Tee Times starting at 3:30. State Tournament to be held 1st Friday of June
Program Cost: The fee covers use of a private course’s chipping and putting facilities, access to the driving range with range balls, instruction, a team uniform/polo, and tournament fees. At the end of the season, there will be a reimbursement of $30 per tournament for any tournament a player is unable to attend. If a player qualifies for the State Tournament, there will be an additional cost collected prior to the event.

You are competing with other middle school students from area schools
Format: 9-hole stroke play per event (players play their own ball tee to green). Teams of 5, best 4 scores count. There will be A, B and C teams so all players will play like talent.
Coaches will try and pair you up with your same level, so it will be an equal level of play
Tee Times: Will be communicated once received by the Tour director, this means they may not receive them until the day before the event.

Golfers must provide their own golf equipment
Uniforms will be provided by the program
Families are responsible for transportation to and from practices and matches
Practices are at a private club, and all players are expected to follow Ridgeway Country
Club rules and represent the program respectfully

*Space is limited, We are only able to have a Max of 20 players on the team at this time*
