Church Support
Fox Valley Lutheran High School is owned and operated by a federation of 43 WELS (Wisconsin Ev. Lutheran Synod) churches from across the Fox River Valley. Each congregation is represented in the government of the school with representation on the school's General Board which meets three times annually.
According to Board policy, congregations are asked to commit 8% of their total offerings to FVL on an annual basis. If all Federation congregations would give 8% of their total offerings, it is estimated that those commitments would cover 25% of FVL's operating budget. Currently, congregations are covering 14% of the annual budget, putting greater pressure on tuition (over 80% of the budget) to fund the ministry at FVL.
Since 2000, Federation church support for the operating budget has reached these commitment levels.

In June 2018, the initial Growing in Grace mortgage debt was retired five years ahead of schedule. Currently the churches are supporting the Let the Children Come building expansion effort. School leaders have committed to the promise that tuition rates will not be directly impacted by the building project.
We recognize that God gives us all we have. In thankfulness, we respond to His grace. We can say "thank you" to our Lord by giving of our time, talent, and treasure in His service.
