05 - Possession of Cigarettes/Smoking/Vaping on Campus

FVL is a smoke-free campus. Students are urged not to use tobacco products for their own good health. The use and possession of all tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, juuls, and vaping, are prohibited on the school campus and at school-organized events. No smoking is allowed within view of campus.

  • 1st Offense - Police Liaison Officer called resulting in city fine, one-day in-school suspension
  • 2nd Offense - Police Liaison Officer called, two-day in-school suspension
  • 3rd Offense - Police Liaison Officer called, three-day suspension
