07 - School Day/Security

The school day runs from 7:55 AM to 3:15 PM. Outside doors will be locked as soon as the school day begins. Students and visitors will need to enter school using the Tower Entrance (Entrance A). According to FVL’s closed campus policy, once students have arrived on campus in the morning, they are not allowed to leave the building before the end of the school day. If students must leave the school during the school day, they must exit the building through the School Office. Students who remain after 3:15 PM are to take needed items from their lockers and wait in Commons. The Academic Wing is closed and locked after 3:30 PM so that the school maintenance staff can clean the classrooms and hallways.
