09 - Tuition Payments & Plans

At registration, all families are required to submit a tuition payment contract. This contract requires each family to choose a tuition payment plan. Tuition invoices are sent to payers in June with the first payments due in July. 

FVL offers a variety of payment options including FACTS, PayK12, Automatic Payment (ACH), and credit cards. Please note that all FACTS accounts must be activated prior to June 10. A summary of the plans include . . .  

  • The Full Payment Plan requires the student’s entire tuition bill to be paid in full prior to July 31. A 3% discount of the net billable tuition applies. Please authorize your financial institution to make an automatic payment via FACTS  or PayK12 or submit a check payable to FVLHS.
     
  • The Semi-Annual Payment Plan requires the student’s entire tuition bill be paid in two installments. Those choosing this plan need to authorize their financial institution to make automatic payments to FACTS or PayK12 on one of four days in July and January (1st, 5th, 15th or 20th). Families may also choose to make automatic payments (ACH) via their checking accounts.
     
  • The Quarterly Payment Plan requires the student’s entire tuition bill be paid in four installments. Those choosing this plan need to authorize their financial institution to make automatic payments to FACTS or PayK12 on one of four days in July, October, January, and April (1st, 5th, 15th or 20th). Families may also choose to make automatic payments (ACH) via their checking accounts.
     
  • The Monthly Payment Plan requires the student’s entire tuition bill be paid in either ten or twelve installments. Those choosing this plan need to authorize their financial institution to make automatic payments to FACTS on one of four dates each month (1st, 5th, 15th or 20th). Families may also choose to make automatic payments (ACH) via their checking accounts.
     
  • The Credit Card Plan requires the student’s entire tuition bill be paid via a credit card through PayK12. Payments can be made either monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually. MasterCard, Discover, and Visa are accepted.  A convenience fee is assessed by PayK12 for each transaction.
