Billing and Tuition Information

Tuition Statements

Tuition statements were sent mid-June. If you have not received your 2026-27 tuition statement, please contact the FVL Business Office (billing@fvlhs.org or 920-739-4441). 

• Families who selected the single payment or a payment option have a due date of July 31. Payments may be made electronically through FACTS or online payment system beginning July 15. A convenience fee will apply.
• Families using FACTS will have their first withdrawal in July.
• If you would like to set up a FACTS or Efunds account, please visit the Tuition & Other Payments web page (Under PARENTS).
   

Payment Options

• FULL PAYMENT: Full payments can be made through FACTS or online payment system (nominal ACH fee). A 3% discount of the net billable tuition will be applied if paid prior to July 31. 
• SEMI-ANNUAL: Semi-annual payments need to be made in July & January through FACTS (one-time ACH fee) or online payment system (nominal ACH Fee applies).
• QUARTERLY: Quarterly payments need to be made in July, October, January, and April can be made through FACTS (one-time ACH fee) or through online payment system  (nominal ACH Fee applies).
• MONTHLY: Monthly payments can be made over a 10- or 12-month period starting in July through FACTS (one-time ACH fee applies).
• CREDIT CARD: Payments with credit card can be made through online payment system (transaction service fees will apply).
