New Website

Our website has a new look! While you'll find the same information and resources you rely on, we've reorganized many pages to make them easier to find and use.

One of the biggest changes is our new Family Portal, which combines the former Parents and Students pages. Select Family Portal in the navigation menu for quick, convenient access to the resources families use most, including Daily Schedules, Skyward, eFunds, and FACTS.

You'll also find the Calendar easily accessible from the top navigation. The Calendar tab also has a dropdown that provides quick links to the athletics calendar, featured projects, upcoming events, and other news.

We want to thank the hundreds of people who took the time to fill out our website survey last year; your feedback was extremely valuable in guiding us through this redesign. If you have any feedback regarding the new design, please reach out to our Communications team at communicationsoffice@fvlhs.org

School Lunch

FVL partners with Aramark to provide food services to our students. Breakfast and lunch options are offered. The FVL website links to Aramark's site, where monthly menus, nutrition information, resource links, and other info can be accessed.

Payment for all food service is done through e-Funds. All families must make payments for food service through e-FUNDS accounts. Information on how to set up an account  or how to make a payment can be found on the FVL website (fvlhs.org > Family Portal> Parents and Students > e-Funds Info/Setup located in the maroon menu on the right).

Families can apply for the school's Reduced Price Meal program. Log into your Skyward Family Access account and click on the Food Service Tab to find the application for the Reduced Price Meal Program, please do this before the start of school. Families need to reapply each year to be eligible.  Families participating in the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) are encouraged to apply.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the food service program, please contact the Food Service Director at foodservice@fvlhs.org

School-Year Attendance Procedures

If a student is sick or going to be late, a parent must contact the school prior to the start of the school day, either via:

For family trips, college visits, or doctor appointments that will force a student to miss a day or a partial day, students are to submit a Pre-Planned Absence Form OR the parent can submit an Absence Request in Skyward Family Access.

The Pre-Planned Absence Form is available in the School Office or online (linked on the Student Portal).

Music Lessons

FVL understands the importance of furthering students’ God-given musical talents during high school. Whether to prepare for a career in the teaching/preaching ministry, improve musical skills for band or choir or just for fun, private lessons provide yet another way for students to improve these talents to God’s glory.

FVL does not have a dedicated music teacher in-house for private voice, piano/organ, and/or instrumental lessons, but is happy to suggest individuals who are able to provide lessons to interested students during the school year. These teachers run their studios independently from FVL but may have availability to schedule lessons during the school day at FVL. If this is the case, the teacher would be required to undergo a background check prior to lessons on campus.

Students and families are encouraged to contact teachers directly for details regarding scheduling, fees, and lesson expectations.

General Board Meetings

Fox Valley Lutheran High School is owned and operated by 42 Wisconsin Ev. Lutheran Synod (WELS) churches in northeast Wisconsin. These churches comprise the FVL Federation. Representatives from these churches meet as the FVL General Board to govern the school. The General Board consists of pastors, teachers, and lay delegates from all member congregations.

For the 2026-27 school year, the General Board meets at 7:00 PM on September 29, February 22, and May 25. These meetings are open to parents and held in the FVL Media Center.
