Giving Priorities
Every year, Fox Valley Lutheran's Giving Priorities help provide the financial support needed to carry out our mission of preparing students for lives of service and for eternity. While tuition and Federation support cover much of the cost of educating students, they do not fully fund everything that makes an FVL education possible.
The Giving Priorities focus on three ongoing needs:
- providing tuition assistance for families
- meeting annual mortgage payments on our campus expansion
- strengthening the FVL Foundation for both current and future needs
Together, these funds help keep Christian education accessible while supporting the long-term financial health of Fox Valley Lutheran.
Tuition Assistance
Many families make significant sacrifices to provide their children with a Christ-centered education. Even with careful planning, tuition can place a strain on a family's budget.
Gifts to the Tuition Assistance Fund help bridge that gap, making an FVL education possible for students whose families might not otherwise be able to afford it. Every gift directly supports students by reducing financial barriers and expanding access to Christian education.
"I am so thankful that FVL offers tuition assistance. Our family didn't qualify for the School Choice program, but even with both of us working, affording tuition for our two children was a stretch."

Mortgage Payment Fund
The Let the Children Come building project transformed the FVL campus, creating additional learning spaces and expanding opportunities for students. Today, those facilities continue to support the growing ministry of Fox Valley Lutheran.
FVL remains committed to paying the annual mortgage for this campus expansion without passing those costs on to families through higher tuition. Each year, the school makes a $475,000 mortgage payment as part of this 20-year commitment.
Gifts to the Mortgage Payment Fund help reduce debt, strengthen FVL's financial future, and allow more resources to remain focused on students and ministry.

FVL Foundation
The FVL Foundation provides long-term financial stability for the ministry of Fox Valley Lutheran. Established in 1967 through a generous gift of $124,000, the Foundation has grown through the faithful support of donors who believe in investing in future generations of students.
Today, earnings from Foundation investments help provide:
- Tuition assistance for students
- Continuing education for faculty
- Support for Mission Advancement
- Funding for strategic and non-budgeted ministry needs
As tuition assistance requests and ministry opportunities continue to grow, additional gifts to the Foundation help ensure these resources remain available for years to come.
