The FoxFest Dinner Auction is FVL's biggest fundraising event of the year. Making a Christian education affordable for families has always been the goal of the event. Over $1M has been raised through our dinner auctions. Glory and thanks to God for the generosity and commitment that contributes to making a Christian education affordable for so many families.

Meal Options - All Meals are Gluten-Free

  • ASIAGO CHICKEN
    All natural sun-dried tomato Asiago stuffed chicken roulade with roasted garlic cream sauce
  • BISTRO SIRLOIN
    6 oz. grilled sirloin with black garlic steakhouse butter
  • CHERRY BBQ SALMON
    Salmon with a cherry BBQ glaze
  • PENNE PASTA PRIMAVERA
    Gluten-free penne with sautéed asparagus, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash, garlic, white wine, lemon, butter, and parsley.
  • SALAD AND VEGETABLE 
    Tables will be set with an alternating mix of these two salads: 
    • Seasonal local greens, cherry tomato, radish, cucumber, white balsamic vinaigrette
    • Baby arugula, feta, sun dried cherries, chili-infused pepitas, maple vinaigrette

Chicken, sirloin, and salmon also include  herb roasted Red Bliss potatoes and roasted vegetable blend.
Please indicate food allergies on your RSVP. A gluten-free option is available for the chicken, sirloin, and salmon.

This popular annual dinner auction is a fun and entertaining night out filled with good food, games, fellow FVL supporters, and a silent and live auction—but it is also so much more! 

Proceeds support FVL's Tuition Assistance Fund ($350,000 per year). The Tuition Assistance Fund helps about 100 families who otherwise would not be able to afford to provide their children with a Christian education at FVL.

Consider joining us on April 11, meeting fellow members of the FVL family, and helping to make a Christian education available to more students.
