Strike Out Cancer

You are all invited to the softball team's special Strike Out Cancer event on Friday, May 2!

Please join us for an evening of softball and fun, as we support Spierings Cancer Foundation!

• A softball double header will be played vs. Oconto Falls, starting at 4:00 PM.
• Hair ties, wreaths, beaded necklaces, bracelets, tattoos, pink lemonade, hot dogs, snacks, and more will be available for purchase.
• "I Fight For" signs will be available for purchase, and during the 5th inning of the first game, a moment of silence will be held in honor of those who are fighting or have lost their fight to cancer.
• A teacher race (with a twist) is scheduled to take place between games. Vote at the game for the teacher that you think will win. If your voted participant comes in first, you could win a $25 Kwik Trip gift card.
• A donation jar for Spierings Cancer Foundation in Little Chute will be available at the game, and/or donations toward FVL's event can be made on the Spierings Cancer Foundation website.

 

Strike Out Cancer Shirts - order deadline April 20

• $15 each 
• Proceeds to go Spierings Cancer Foundation in Little Chute
• Shirts will be in the school office for pick-up on May 1-2, can be picked up from Mrs. Anne Wilson, or can be picked up at the softball games on Friday, May 2.

Spierings Cancer Foundation provides financial support to families in the Fox Cities who are affected by cancer, enhances medical care for cancer patients in the Fox Cities, and funds cancer research in Wisconsin.
